How It Works

The CLEAR Method™ Sprint runs as a structured cohort -- 8 sessions combining guided instruction, practical activities, and peer feedback. Each session builds on the last, moving you from insight to action. Here is the structure:

Before Session 1 Pre-Work: 2 to 3 Short Client Conversations

You will interview two or three of your best past clients using a short guided script. (We will provide a video guide.) These conversations take 15 to 20 minutes each and are the raw material for the cohort.

Sessions 1 and 2 (60 min each) Customer Listening and Evidence

We review what your clients actually said, separate it from what you assumed, and identify the real patterns behind why people hire you. Peer feedback surfaces blind spots.

Sessions 3 and 4 (60 min each) Adjacent Market Mapping and Insights

We debrief your interviews and use the evidence to identify new opportunities and map adjacent industries, overlooked client types, and new segments you may not have considered but should.

Sessions 5 and 6 (60 min each) Messaging, Positioning and Action

You develop a clear positioning statement and Ideal Client Profile. Practical activities help you refine your message for each target segment. Cohort members give and receive direct feedback.

Session 7 (60 min) Outreach Strategy and Prospect Planning

You build a prioritized target prospect list of 10+ organizations and develop an outreach approach grounded in what your best clients have told you they value.

Session 8 (60 min) Review, Refinement and Next Steps

The cohort reviews progress, refines deliverables, and leaves with a clear action plan. Early wins are shared and outreach results are discussed to sharpen everyone's approach.
