▶ Observed and analyzed customer interactions at a trade show booth for Munevo's assistive technology device (Google glasses to control wheelchairs), to develop better ways of demonstrating the technology to customers. ▶ Researched users' needs to develop database and reporting system for the VANTEC investor community, increasing engagement by 32% and achieving 5x increase in productivity.
