Selected UX / CX Experiences
▶ Observed and analyzed customer interactions at a trade show booth for Munevo's assistive technology device (Google glasses to control wheelchairs), to develop better ways of demonstrating the technology to customers. The new solution also doubled (2x) staff productivity.
▶ Developed research methodology; crafted and tested interview questions; and conducted semi-structured and in-depth interviews with 50+ users and key stakeholders, yielding insights to inform direction of environmental software platform (Forintek / Athena Sustainable Materials Institute) ▶ Researched users' needs to develop database and reporting system for the VANTEC investor community, increasing engagement by 32% and achieving 5x increase in productivity. ▶ Leadership Team, UXPA-New Jersey ▶ Conducted a usability study with new and existing users to help with GyvLINK's platform's user retention. Developed personas and customer journey mapping. Collaborated w/ a designer to create better workflows - reducing sign-up friction ind improving navigation. ▶ Facilitated a UXPA-NJ Design Slam for GyvLINK, a go-to-platform for in-kind donations. |
