I am a natural facilitator, driven by evidence-based insights. I enjoy keeping projects and people on track to achieve business and user goals. strive to learn about user needs and pain points and validate hypotheses (or not!). These are an essential foundation for designing accessible and equitable user experiences.

I began my career as a business journalist. I have consulted in education, international development, tech marketing, communications and organization / culture change. (See my: transferable skills and experience.)

I loved building the Commonwealth of Learning's WikiEducator community - 18,000+ educators in 120 countries! Recently, I delivered webinars for the New Jersey Lawyers Assistance Program, Twilio, HubTec (Chile) and the World Intellectual Property Organization.

I enjoy yoga, tai chi and nature walks in the great outdoors,​ photography and travel. I am based in Somerset, New Jersey, originally from Vancouver, Canada - with growth spurts in Montreal, Halifax, Toronto and Ottawa,
